  1. Reasonable doubt has been achieved and that’s all that is needed to acquit. Idk how anyone on the jury can’t see that – even if they have suspicions. It’s not enough.

  2. You know what I love about your streaming???? You always show your pretty little face and smile and wave before saying anything anything, versus coming on the stream and over energeticly screaming "good morning vietnam" style and scaring the shit out of me, especially first thing in the morning!!! Love ya from Austin, TX., and I'm drinking iced tea. x, Jenny Lee

  3. I think the confusion might be that the 2 experts never just plainly said "we didn't think he actually threw the glass, ɓut that theory came because it was the only way with this set of evidence it could have happened"

  4. It is my strong feeling that some jurors will seek out someone to talk this over with. I know they are not supposed to, but the pressure must be parable. I have to admit that I were on this jewelry. I would very quietly be seeking someone to talk to. I would bet my favorite Sunday goes to meeting that this will happen. And I love that dress.

  6. I totally agree that these charges never should have been against Karen Reid. It feels like a runaway train that got started, and once it was started, it couldn’t be stopped. None of us know what really happened, and maybe we never will. My biggest fear is that Karen will be convicted, without any real proof that she did anything. This one is a nightmare.

  7. Is it possible that one or two are enjoying the power of controlling the whole jury? I can see that. Just look at the old Norman Rockwell painting. That painting could be telling the whole awful story.

  8. I think we are all stunned that this has happened. The clear evidence that O’Keefe was not hit by a car is right there, in front of everyone. I don’t know how you can deny it. If Karen is convicted, this jury will not be a popular one.

The shock I feel at this long deliberation is a lot like what I felt when Casey Anthony was acquitted. I have to say, though, that my gut told me this was going to happen the minute the trial phase was over. It was just feeling, but it was there.😊😊

  10. Youtube is overrun by guys trying to sell you investment gimmicks. Listen, we humans know how to invest. Put your money into low fee highly diversified mutual funds. And be patient. Low-moderate risk/Low-moderate return. Now, if you think you can out-invest everyone else with your genius, go for it. You can't, but maybe you'll get lucky. Many do. But it's luck, not skill. When you put money on red in Vegas, and win, an equal number of people lost on black. That's how stocks work too, when you take big chances in search of big gains. Do what you want, but don't think there are any "secret strategies they don't want you to know." If there were, first of all, do you think these people would sell the idea to you? No. No. No. They'd exploit it for themselves.

That's why EVERY SINGLE INVESTMENT PLAN, SCHEME, STRATEGY, ETC. IS BOGUS.

When somebody tells you… hey, did you hear Elon is going to build rockets to Enceladus and humans will guild ice melting vehicles in the frozen ocean in search of life? Should we invest? He's a genius… You should run.

  11. Doesn’t FORCING the jury to continue make it more likely that one of the jurors will just feel beat down and say “screw it, I will change my mind” even though deep down they didn’t want to????

  12. Judge Bev's sigh right at the beginning was just…. "I hate my life right now".

I honestly thought she was going to cry when she stood for the jury to leave. EDB. you couldn't see it on this stream because dodgy WiFi, but I looked on Lawyer You Know. When the jury leaves, she's certainly exhausted, but her face looks like she might cry. Then there's a big inhale as she pulls it back in, and it looks like she consciously relaxes her shoulders.

  13. Law enforcement (cop?). He could be holding out for the brotherhood. Or he is giving them too much to think about.
So much reasonable doubt would make me morally certain of not guilty.

  14. Just proves that when they were allowed to sit across from the jury on that last day by the judge, the Canton cops are still controlling the entire town and everything to do with this trial, sadly . Our only hope now is the FBI, yikes Americans do not care one bit about justice!!

  15. If anyone needs help with accepting GIFTED memberships, please comment under this post. After months of struggling, I finally was able to turn it on. 🙂 Love this channel!

  16. I just watched a replay of Jen McCabe testimony stating they drove to the Okeefe house and when they (Jen, Karen and Kari) first got out of the cars to go into the house that Karen immed took them to the right side of her taillight and there were missing pieces. Then John's ring video was played of that time period for the testimony and that never happened. there was never a meeting or pointing at that taillight by Karen where McCabe saw missing pieces; no even a stop or glance! Jen totally 1:51 lied!

  17. I don’t understand how any juror can be struggling with not seeing the lies, botched CSI and corruption in this case!! It’s beyond comprehension that anyone would not see what’s really happened!!! So frustrating
