  1. This judge rarely rules from the bench, leading me to believe she has no idea what she's doing up there. Jackson made her feel stupid so she reacted with a temper tantrum. Never seen that before.

  2. Maybe the boyfriend found out about the other officer that was getting close to the girlfriend went inside and confronted him and a fight broke out and the dog attacked the boyfriend and the other friends jumped in and beat down the boyfriend? Sounds like a deal to me! Hell, My story sounds more to believe then what they came up with! Karen Read was set up by everyone in that house that night!

  3. I wish the jury could have been told the defense witnesses were chosen by the FBI due to an investigation into the investigation of this case. I think that would have made a lot of difference in how some of them are thinking. We know that piece but they don't and it is so frustrating.

  4. How does this judge expect jurors to follow her "instructions" as she rattles them off a mile a minute, and refuses to do something as simple as adding a check box. This is the most f'ed up trial led by a biased and incompetent judge, and unprofessional, corrupt troopers. And listening to her talk about what a reasonable person would do in re to driving under the influence as the entire block was a direct pathway over run by intoxicated cops driving said roadways. …congrats Boston, you have made your city infamous again by corruption

  5. I’m thinking this long might be a hung jury… I think if it was an acquittal we would have had a verdict by now, assuming the jury saw all the reasonable doubt that we all saw.

  7. I don’t understand the delay in a verdict. The independent experts testified there was no way a car caused the injuries. As such the prosecution did not prove their case. That should create reasonable doubt in any intelligent persons head and a not guilty verdict.
What are the jurors doing? Clearly don’t understand the job. Guaranteed there is a simple Simon in there with ADD causing the problem.

  8. How Karen Read should've looked during trialπŸ˜ΆπŸ€πŸ˜žβœπŸ“ƒπŸ™ŽπŸ’” NOT πŸ—£πŸ™ŽπŸ˜†πŸ§‘β€βš–πŸ™ŠπŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘§β€πŸ‘¦πŸ™„ during court βš–. I mean, did she forget where she was? Her lawyers should have told her this after listening to Proctor. She came across like, you're going to get it! But if she seemed πŸ˜” and embarrassed 😳, the jury would've most likely empathized with her!

She feels like a 🀩 and nobody can wait to see her 🎬 🎞 ⁹

  9. Watching this trial I have no faith anymore in the justice system, especially the trial of the young thug in Georgia I think we need as a country To rebuild our Justice system

  10. I watched Whitney and John and Peter Play that game with M&Ms I enjoyed it y’all are funny by the way, I live in Tallahassee, my entire family, my children are straight up Seminoles ! David is got a puppy and his name is noles my brother-in-law is an attorney for the state he went to Nova law school. How did you like Tallahassee when you were going to FSU?

  11. Designing a form with some charges having two options — guilty/not guilty — and other charges only having one option — guilty — is terrible UX design. Terriible awful bad misleading and likely to trick people into doing something they don't want to do. Certainly likely to generate questions every time. Fighting a request for consistently-worded options is just mulish.

  12. Yes the word here is simplify verdict form. Lay people are not law students there is legal terminology very confusing same as medical terminology lay people are not familiar with medical terminology. Jury instructions very confusing

  13. I heard that yesterday a juror was dismissed for making a face of disgust when the Alberts appeared. Is it Constitutional to dismiss a juror for a facial expression? At some point, I think a line is crossed where judge is trampling First Amendment rights.
