  1. If I were told this instruction under your circumstances Iโ€™d really, really look to see if there was any way I could change from m GUILTY to NOT GUilTY . Most likely change if Iโ€™m the only holdout.
I would never be able to change if I was voting guilty!!

  2. No cops came to the Karen Read trial to offer support for Trooper Proctor, the Alberts, or the case! There's evil among the Boston police ranks! (Karen Read is Not Guilty!)

  3. I believe she's 100% guilty. She admitted it. Her own words!! Why is this case even an issue? She admitted her guilt. Case closed. The conspiracy theory is a far fetched fairy tale. Jmo. My condolences to the O'Keefe family. My heart breaks for them.

  4. I donโ€™t think the defense wants the jury to start comprising because Karen goes to jail. A mistrial keeps her out of jail. No splitting the baby.

  5. Wait, so you can agree on the NG charge and still hung on the least charges? But also KR can't be charged again on any NG verdicts?

  6. Congratulations๐ŸŽ‰
Found this channel back in the JD/AH case.

@23:00 I had that experience in primary school at anout 8 y/o. A police officer was explaining a road rule to us and then gave an example and asked the class if car A gives way to car B. I knew a real world road that went like that so I knew the correct answer but on the first vote the class was split 50/50. It was a bit of a trick question where two rules conflicted, and you had to follow them in the correct order.
So the officer talked a bit, and questioned the class a bit, and a second vote was cast. This time it was more like 3/4 for car A, and 1/4 for car B. The offcier goes something like "are you sure?" and holds a third vote. Only myself and one other kid held out, and when we gave our answer other kids were telling us to put our hands down. It's a lot of pressure to follow the crowd, especially as a young kid. No one wants to be the only kid or kids to get the answer wrong. But I and the other kid had confidence and in the end it was revealed that we were in fact correct. ๐Ÿ˜Š
Peer pressure is a hell of a thing, but I'm grateful that I'm not the type to be easily swayed by it. ๐Ÿ˜Š

  7. We have incompetent jurors because SO MANY sane people try their hardest to get OUT of jury duty!! Think about that? If people just did their civic duty we would have a stronger judicial system! GO TO JURY DUTY!!

  8. Iโ€™m late watching this video, but the DA has said they are going to retry her, can they change that and decide not to retry her? also, I am very surprised that they didnโ€™t at least do not guilty to the m2 charge. So now she can be retried on everything right?

  9. Yeah, 29 days of testimony, but theyโ€™re supposed to remember all of that without any transcripts or read backs. I donโ€™t care how good my notes were. I would not be able to remember every single person that testified.

  10. 25:02 If i were a juror hearing this instruction, it would not necessarily make me change my opinion on the verdict. However, I would go back and honestly reconsider my conclusions and understanding of the evidence and try to truly listen more openly to the other jurors' opinions. Basically, I would try to earnestly and honestly re-evaluate my opinions for flaws and go from there. I would like to think that I would absolutely do everything in my power to stand by what I feel is the right verdict according to the evidence and law. Even if I were to be the only one who felt that way after an honest and sterile re-evaluation.

Furthermore, if I come to understand that there is a true flaw in my reasoning, I would not hesitate to admit that and even change my verdict if I thought I was in the wrong initially. The seriousness of the duty calls for nothing less when lives are on the line. Heavy burden.

  11. Need expert eyes to go through Sarah Birchmore case!! Another Norfolk County victim, alleged statutory rape, 3 months pregnant, grooming, and other allegations! Justice for Sarah Birchmore

  12. Replay crew! ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿฝ Thank you Peter for covering this trial daily with us. I have learned so much from you and genuinely value your insights and expertise. I am shocked that anyone could vote guilty in this case when it wasnโ€™t even proven that OJO was hit by car! Congrats on over 400k subscribers! ๐ŸŽ‰ I have been here since Depp v. Heard. ๐Ÿ’ž

  13. OK, I get it. Listen to each other, but I did not see where they made proof of anything and I think they proved that she was not guilty and I would be unwilling to put a non-guilty person in prison. Yes. yes, they need to look at all the evidence, and if they did honestly open their eyes, they would see the professionals what the defense proved was innocent

  14. OK, I get it. Listen to each other, but I did not see where they made proof of anything and I think they proved that she was not guilty and I would be unwilling to put a non-guilty person in prison. Yes.

  16. Everybody that thought it was a slam dunk of Not Guilty, it wasn't. Listening to people mostly woman in front of the court house talking about Karen being innocent. When asked why because "I love her" "I love Karen" "I don't know her, but I love her" Well liking someone or loving someone from tv is not enough for a court case to be determined as not guilty. I'm done. Evidence and DNA is a case and timeline. Obviously either one, two three or more thought she was guilty. I as well feel she should be charged with all the lesser charges per the evidence.
