  1. This judge is sooo biased! She asked the prosecutor if he had any objections when he had NOT objected and then she sustains the prompted objections??? WTAF?

  2. If judge Vader makes a single comment about the DEFENSE taking up too much time, I will have to write a letter!!! She cuts them off in the middle of questioning but allows the prosecution to finish their questioning every time!

  3. It does seem as though Judge Auntie Bev Vader is irritated at Lally today. He will not keep his voice up. What happened to his microphone?
However, I will say this is one of the smallest court rooms I have ever seen.

  4. If you look at the back of her Lexus SUV , not only is the entire back light broken there is a large crack running upwards on her car , from where the tail light is broken.

  5. It not only looks like Read hit him, it looks like she pinned him up against the curb , all of his injuries and his shoe are from the right side. If you remember one of the women who went out to look for him in the morning , who was also a long time friend of his stated there was a piece of metal sticking out from where the broken tail light is and she even commented how someone could get caught on it and hurt, I would imagine that’s where the cuts he had got on his face and head came from and maybe as he was trying to get himself unstuck from the curb he was being taken down and is how he also got the cuts down his arm , they are most likely from the tail light pieces and that metal piece that was sticking out .

  6. I could be wrong but if the rear right side tailight was busted from hitting John why was his body on the left side of the driveway on the lawn? I need a re-enactment of the hit to understand.

  7. I believe she is so guilty but will probably walk. Her lawyers are cut throat and even the most honest witnesses get flustered and confused. The whole cop collusion thing seems way too complicated to really understand. I think the “cop” family and friends just got caught up in all the drama.

  8. The Defense Theory of Case as per Closing Argument:

Chlöe's was severely hungover after being administered 8 Jameson & Ginger by practical joker Brian Higgins during the 29th of January. When
the Irish sauce-mechanic John O'Keefe late that night stumbled blind drunk into the Albert household and promptly face-planted into her feeding bowl, she took this personally, flew into a rage and savagely tore into him with fang and claw. When she grew weary, Brian Albert stepped in with an aluminium baseball bat to finish the job and evade the lawsuit. His wife looked on impassively as blood spattered up her kitchen walls, before helping her spouse drag the quivering bag of smashed hamburger to the lawn. Finally they all sat down at the table and, betwixt swigs of Irish potcheen, plotted out a Venn Diagramm of how to frame my client, the fragrant Karen Read, for this murder.

  9. Is it possible the Albert's eventually guessed that Karen had accidentally killed John, when they looked out the upstairs bedroom window? Perhaps they felt sorry for her and decided to appear suspicious so as to help her get a hung jury at trial.

  10. If somehow Ms.Reid is found guilty, the judge is in on it. The evidence, the testimonies, everything is too clear. You cannot lie this hard to win, it shouldn’t work !!

  11. except the arm scratches and the witnesses got rid of their phones and denying the phone calls, All circumstances point toward Karen being the killer

  12. Could go either way, the hard evidence points to her and the vehicle, the narrative of the coverup is relatively convincing with the trashed phones and butt dials. The judge is not going to make or break this trial the jury is.

  13. How could the forensic lab tech not see that the hair changed directions from a backwards “c” to a forward “c”? Even Stevie Wonder could 👀 see that! 🤷🏽‍♀️
